REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be accepted in the event an item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with any concerns so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We must be notified at andileecompany@gmail.com of issues within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be exchanged or refunded for the full amount.
