RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges; however, if you have an issue with your order, please let us know ASAP.

If you receive a defective item, we are happy to replace it as long as we are informed within 48 hours of receipt. Send a picture of the damaged item to hedgeandmane@gmail or use our Contact form and we will get it replaced. Please note we are not responsible for items damaged by shipping.

If an order has been returned to us due to an error in name or address, we are happy to re-ship the item, however customers are responsible for paying a second shipping fee to cover additional shipping.

If an order has been marked as delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items.

CANCELLATIONS

We are happy to cancel your order within 24 hours of when it is placed. After that, we are unable to honor cancellation requests.

SHIPPING

All items will ship out within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. Items will be sent with USPS and can take anywhere from 2-6 days to arrive. 

If an item is lost in USPS mail and is not marked as delivered, we will happily refund you the cost or replace your item free of charge. Please allow two weeks from when item is shipped to claim that it is undelivered, then simply let us know you haven't received your package and we will get it taken care of.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
